Refund Policy

Prisma Guides is committed to customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds may be issued for products distributed through our platforms and partners.

Digital Products

Customers may request a refund for digital products within 7 days of purchase if the product does not perform as described. Requests should be sent to hello@prismaguides.com with the order reference and a brief description of the issue.

Subscription Services

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time from the customer account or by contacting our support team. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Partial-period refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Physical Products

Physical products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in their original condition. Return shipping costs may apply depending on the fulfillment partner and destination.

Email hello@prismaguides.com with your order details. Our team typically responds within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exceptions

Certain items — such as promotional bundles or products explicitly marked as non-refundable at checkout — may be excluded from this policy. Applicable exceptions are always disclosed on the product page prior to purchase.
